Dyna Rock offers a unique range of cyclones, all cyclones are internally Ceramic Lined cyclones and offer high-performance and efficient solutions. Dyna Rock cyclones range from the 165mm to the 1450mm
The ceramics used in our cyclone range are 92% Alumina, and Dyna Rock also uses SiC tiles and spigots (apexes) where the application demands it. Through constant wear-life monitoring, Dyna Rock can also offer cyclones with a hybrid of ceramics and SiC to increase wear-life performance.

Cyclone Refurbishment
Dyna Rock Engineering can refurbish existing cyclones to client specifications to ensure increased wear life and reduce plant downtime. We can also refurbish cyclones using a combination of wear-lining materials to ensure cyclone efficiency, wear-life performance and cost-effectiveness. Great care is taken during cyclone refurbishment to ensure relining tolerances are strictly adhered to for uncompromised cyclone performance.
